Description
Whether you want to lose fat or to increase strength, whether you want to compete in a marathon or just bike with your friends, you need a plan to get you to that goal, and you need a coach to design and help you fulfill the plan. I will work with you to indentify your goals, taking into consideration injuries, time frame, and access to exercise equipment, and I will bring equipment and teach you some basic exercises to start you on your fitness journey.
