Description
Join a small group of three to six women (for beginner classes) or three to six men and women (for intermediate classes) getting leaner and stronger doing strength and conditioning workouts together in a supportive environment. The next eight-week beginner series runs from May 12 - July 3. Mix and match your classes from these days, times and locations: Tuesdays, 12 pm, Women's Fitness Center (Beg., women only, gym membership not required) Thursdays, 4 pm, women's Fitness Center (Beg., women only, gym membership not required) The next eight-week series intermediate series runs from May 12 - July 3. Mix and match your classes from these days, times and locations: Tuesdays, 4:30 pm, Manor School, kindergarten playground (Int./Adv). Thursdays, 8 am, Forest Knolls Park (Int./Adv.) Fridays, 4:30 pm, Women's Fitness Center (Int./Adv, women only, gym membership not required) If you would prefer to attend a series this summer or fall, let me know. Groups are small enough to tailor to your individual needs.
