The 2011 Amore Fati Ouroboros exhibits a bright, ruby, red color. On the nose, are hints of bright strawberries, cranberries and Bing Cherry. The palate is refined with raspberry and baked rhubarb pulling through the integrated tannin and acid backbone with hints of cola emerging. The finish follows with hints of perfumed rose, Kona coffee and Tahitian vanilla. This wine is expected to age well for 10 years developing complexity and finesse.
