Two Botox Injections Valued at $500
Botox temporarily smoothes moderate to severe glabellar lines – these are the vertical frown lines between the eyebrows that look like an “11! – in adult women and men. Botox relaxes the dominant facial muscles that cause the deep lines to form, creating a smoothed and improved appearance between the brows. Results vary with each patient, but can last up to four months with the first application, and the effects typically last longer with succeeding treatments.
Dr. Avshalumova is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. Dr. Avshalumova specializes in medical, surgical, cosmetic dermatology, and cares for both adult and pediatric patients. She graduated at the top of her medical school class and was recognized by Psi Sigma Alpha, a national Honor society of osteopathic medicine.
Special Instructions
Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard envelope can be mailed if you are unable to pick up. You must notify us by Monday May 11th by emailing gala@sprucestreetnyc.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on May 9th 2015. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during allotted pick up times and if no mailing arranged.
