Create your space NYC will provide the advantage to homeowners of a service that helps them visualize how best to utilize the space they live in. A two hour consultation with suggestions on space planning, without the need for an architect's plan. With over 10 years’ experience consulting on small and large scale renovations, I can provide the vision that will make the difference in improving the value of your apartment and selling your property quickly. Because I am also a real estate broker, one of the most rewarding parts of my job is to help people find AND build their dream home.

Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard envelope can be mailed if you are unable to pick up. You must notify us by Monday May 11th by emailing gala@sprucestreetnyc.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on May 9th 2015. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during allotted pick up times and if no mailing arranged.
