We specialize in Muay Thai Boxing and Muay Thai for MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). We provide adult group instruction at all class sizes and different levels of skill sets in addition to private and semi-private lessons. Square Circle New York has a solid foundation of technical application for the martial arts we teach, in addition to the strength and conditioning programming required to maintain the high level of work in our classes. Our coaches are knowledgeable and diversified as all of our members and everyone of them strives to ensure the learning retention and fun factor is kept at a sustainable pace. Classes for adults and children are structured in a safe and step by step application so that no one is left behind. Our philosophy here is to maintain good technique with an eye on the little details to help your growth and development. We want our members to be mentally as well as physically satisfied after their workouts.

Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard envelope can be mailed if you are unable to pick up. You must notify us by Monday May 11th by emailing gala@sprucestreetnyc.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Shipping will commence after the scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on May 9th 2015. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397) 12 Spruce Street, between Spruce Street and Beekman Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during the allotted pick up times and do not notify us by May 11th that you would like your item(s) mailed.
