This photo was taken in 2014. I was walking across the Manhattan Bridge, and looking down on this street (East Broadway), the light and shadow game caught my eye, so i took a photo of this commonly photographed street in my own perspective.

I picked up my first camera in 2010. For a few years i was involved in portrait and model photography. I moved to New York in 2013, and that was the time when I decided to make my way towards street and cityscape photography.

You must notify us by Monday May 11th by emailing gala@sprucestreetnyc.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on May 9th 2015. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during allotted pick up times and if no mailing arranged.
