- Barchetta

Barchetta, Italian for ‘little boat’ captures the charms of the Mediterranean seaside. An Italian seafood trattoria, Barchetta is a partnership between Esca’s acclaimed Chef & Partner Dave Pasternack and John Meadow’s LDV Hospitality. - Scarpetta

It all started in a Greek revival townhouse on the edge of the Meatpacking District, in New York City, where LDV Hospitality brought an unexpected and soulful touch to Italian cuisine with a menu guided by Chef Scott Conant. An Italian expression that means ‘little shoe,’ or the shape bread takes when used to soak up a dish, Scarpetta represents the pure pleasure of savoring a meal down to its very last bite. Amongst other notable accolades, Scarpetta received a prestigious three-star review from the New York Times. The follow up was a four-star review for Scarpetta Miami from the Miami Herald, which opened in December 2009 at the Fontainebleau Hotel. In 2010, Scarpetta opened at the Montage in Beverly Hills and then in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan. Scarpetta partners with the iconic Gurney's Resort in The Hamptons this spring 2015 for its newest location - Scarpetta Beach.
