Imagine Smile Design brings an artistic eye to your teeth and utilizes techniques for the latest cosmetic procedures to give you the contagious smile that you've always wanted. Donation includes a limited oral evaluation, custom made bleaching trays for upper and lower teeth and bleaching gel (up to four sets, each containing four syringes of gel).

They will first see you to examine your mouth and take impressions for your bleaching trays. Approximately two weeks later your trays will return from our lab and they will see you to provide instruction on their use and care, as well as provide the first two sets of gel. Once completed, a follow-up appointment will allow us to check your progress and provide you with additional gel.
