Zooga is the only yoga studio in the Los Angeles area dedicated to babies, kids, teens, parents, expecting moms and families. The philosophy is simple: yoga should be fun! Zooga yoga is designed specifically for kids and uses age-appropriate games and animal poses to make yoga fun and easy.
