Singer, songwriter, and accomplished guitarist Paul Nelson draws from a wide background for his teaching. With his first love in rock, he also trained in classical & jazz guitar at USC before launching into a long and successful career playing with some of greats of the rock pantheon. And with members of The Doors, Jefferson Starship, Foreigner, Frank & Dweezil Zappa bands, and too many more to mention. His music has appeared in the movies of Bryan Singer, including “The Usual Suspects,” and on several major network TV shows as well as movies for HBO & Showtime. Paul lives, works, and performs in Los Angeles, where he makes a few guitar lessons available each week, to a select number of students.
