The winning bidder will receive a certificate entitling them to either:

• One Night Free on a Two-Night minimum weekend reservation of the School House Suite in May, June, September, October, November, or December

The 600 square-foot School House Suite is a completely renovated 1850 school building sitting by the pond, with views all around of woods, water, field, and barn. It’s beautifully furnished and has an adjoining bluestone patio with teak furniture. The School House has heated floors and central air conditioning; 11-foot ceilings; a gas fireplace; 2 Sony plasma TV's; a king bed; IPOD / IPHONE Docking station; DVD player with 250 movies; and Bose Wave Radio/CD player. The spacious bath has a two-sink vanity, a 2-headed shower, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. There are robes, amenities, a full cooked-to-order country breakfast, wine and cheese in the late afternoon, and a guest computer equipped with high-speed internet access as well as universal wireless access throughout — all this in a stunning, peaceful country setting.
