Description

Established in 1988, Seven Hills Winery is one of Walla Walla Valley's oldest and most respected wineries. Guided by founder, winemaker and fourth generation farmer, Casey McClellan, Seven Hills Winery crafts an acclaimed portfolio of vineyard-designate and appellation-inspired wines.

This collection of six bottles of Seven Hills Wine includes:

2013 Seven Hills Old Vines Riesling, Columbia Valley (2 bottles)

This wine has intense aromatics of stone fruits and exotic tropical fruits accented by a flint-like minerality and deligthful floral aromas. The palate is rich and sweet, with flavors of lychee, peach, golden raisin, and starfruit. It is delightful now, but will develop further complexity with cellar aging of up to 15 years.

2014 Seven Hills Pinot Gris, Oregon (2 bottles)

This wine shows citrus, spearmint, vanillin and hazelnut in the nose. The finish is fruitful and brisk. It's a delightful match with seafoods and vegetable dishes. Our Pinot Gris is made to drink young and is at its best within two years of the vintage.

2014 Seven Hills Dry Rose, Columbia Valley (2 bottles)

In the tradition of the classic French Roses, this wine is delicate and refreshing, pale in color, and bone-dry. Primarily Cabernet Franc, with small amounts of Petit Verdot for additional structure and Malbec for expressive fruitfulness, this wine exhibits flavors of peach, grapefruit and papaya along with fresh herbs, white flowers, and a hint of spice.
