Enjoy this beautiful ammonite fossil with accompanying stand! It measures 8.5" at its largest point and is cut and polished to expose the beauty of the inside chambers. The name "ammonite", from which the scientific term is derived, was inspired by the spiral shape of their fossilized shells, which somewhat resemble tightly coiled rams' horns.

Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) on Tuesday, 6/16/15 or Wednesday, 6/17/15 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser.
