The StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress is one of a kind, and it's back. ICC is a three-day culinary symposium that gathers more than 150 of the world's most innovative chefs, pastry chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers, who present the latest techniques and culinary concepts to their peers. (This year's headliners include Michel Bras and José Andrés.) Held October 25 to 27 in Brooklyn, you'll have the opportunity to attend Main Stage Demonstrations, Hands-on Savory, Pastry, and Mixology workshops, Wine Tasting Seminars, and Business Panels on current industry topics.

The winning bidder will receive 2 (two) three-day ICC passes, including Main Stage demonstrations, competitions, and trade show floor. As a preview of the event, you’ll also receive two past Congress Books with recipes, bios, and interviews from some the world’s greatest chefs.
