PLEASE NOTE: To qualify, the winning bidder must be a culinary educator or a foodservice professional or chef working for an independent or chain restaurant, a college or university dining program, a contract foodservice company, a hotel, cruise line, casino, or resort, a supermarket (prepared foods division). Employees of foodservice manufacturers and suppliers are not eligible to bid.
