Description
Learn to make the freshest queso fresco ever with this in-home hands-on cheesemaking class for you and up to 6 other guests. Class will be led by cheesemaking instructor (and Monroe parent!) Louella Hill (known as the "San Francisco Milk Maid"). Class will last 1.5 hours. Auction package includes instruction, cheesemaking materials, recipe, cheese tasting and more. All cheese class guests will go home with cheese made in class plus the knowledge of how to make more. EXPIRATION DATE: Class must take place before Sept 1st, 2015.
LOCATION: Classes are ideally held in San Francisco. A travel fee will be applied to any class held outside of the city.
Class can be taught in English or Spanish.

All bids must be secured by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Bids are not reversible. All items sold are "as is" and all sales are final. Winners will be notified via email after the auction closes with acknowledgement of donation/purchase including amount. The email confirmation will include the Monroe PTA tax ID number to be used for tax purposes. In-person pickup is available in San Francisco only. Shipping within the continental United States is available for all items unless stated otherwise above. Monroe Elementary will not be responsible for any shipping or handling charges for any online auction items and winning bidders requesting shipping will be charged accordingly.
