The Truckee River House is a cozy river front home with beautiful sweeping views of the Truckee River and mountainstruly a hidden gem in a secluded and serene neighborhood! The house is about five miles from Historic downtown Truckee, close to the best ski resorts, and many beautiful natural places including Lake Tahoe. Reno Tahoe International Airport is just 30 minutes away. The house has recently been remodeled with modern mountain style finishes and furnishings, and is fully equipped with everything you should need to relax and enjoy the mountains. Some of the best fly fishing water that the Truckee River has to offer is right in our backyard, and the river can now be fished year round. There are several other good fisheries nearby including the Little Truckee River, Boca Reservoir, Stampede Reservoir, Prosser Reservoir, Donner Lake, and Pyramid Lake for large Lahontan Cutthroat. In addition, skiing, paddling, swimming, biking, hiking, and more are all right outside the door!

Auction is for $1,000.00 towards a three-night stay valued at $1,300.00 for weekend of April 23-26 (Thursday through Monday). Alternatively, the winning bidder may choose any consecutive three-night weekday stay (Monday through Thursday) between April 6th and April 30th, subject to availability.
