Cassie Gilman will teach a One-Hour Fitness Class for You and up to Eleven of your OU co-workers or retirees in the Huston Huffman Fitness Center at the S.J. Sarkeys Complex.  Scheduling of the class will be determined by participants, Cassie, and room availability.
