Want to make a change in your life but not sure how to get started? A wellness coach can help you define your goals and devise strategies to set yourself up for success. You will create small, realistic and achievable goals designed for you to see results in six weeks, as well as learn tools to continue improvement on your own.
Areas of focus may include stress management, exercise, nutrition, or all three! Coaching sessions can be performed in person on the Norman Campus, or by phone.
