House of Movement was created by Founder,Director, & OCS mom Crystal Hays as a place for family & friends to journey together through movement and dance.
As a wife and a mom of two girls who enjoys an active lifestyle and understands the importance of encouraging young kids to move, she found challenges in identifying a space where the whole family could all have fun, together. Whether Crystal wanted to take her own class, her daughters their own or as a family together, there just wasn't a place.
HoM provides kids, adults and combination of kids/adult classes in dance, yoga, Pilates barre, creative movement and more!
