1 authentic Greek dinner for six cooked in your home by Chef Effie Fourakis

The long and delicious version (from Chef Effie herself):

• We will start with appetizers, including tiropites (cheese-filled phyllo triangles), spanakopita (spinach & cheese in phyllo), Greek cheeses, olives, and pita, served with ouzo. 

• The main course will include Greek salad, barbecued baby lamb chops, pastitsio (pasta/ground beef casserole), dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), and bread, all served with Greek wine. Dessert will consist of baklava and Greek brandy.
