1 private baking class with Effie Fourakis

Acclaimed chef and TMS parent Effie Fourakis will teach a private class for two people (TMS students and/or family) on baking a traditional Greek dish such as sweet baklava or savory spanakopita or tiropites (cheese "pies"). 

This is your chance to become a phyllo insider! Working with phyllo always seems very tricky to us, though Effie swears that if you have the right phyllo, it is actually very easy. Who knew?  

This two hour class can be held in Effie's Corte Madera home or her new bakery.
