Passionate about all kinds of Sephardic cuisines, Susan teaches and writes about food and is also a caterer. After we prepare our Passover dishes, we will enjoy eating together, of course!
The class is for 4 people maximum and will be held at a mutually agreed time in the winner's home kitchen or other kitchen location of their choice in the DC metro area. Dietary guidelines or restrictions will be accommodated.
The winner will be responsible for cost of ingredients, approximately $100.
