The winning bidder gets to experience a day in the kitchen at Plates, a creative New American restaurant featuring local and seasonal ingredients, served in a homey and stylish setting.  Plates features a collection of plates from restaurants around the world where Chef Michael Karp trained, worked, or was particularly impressed by the food. 

The winning bidder will have the opportunity to view the collection of plates, meet the Plates team and see how they work, and experience the Plates cuisine.
