America's Artist Scott LoBaido, as part of his "Painting Flags Across America III Tour", will be touring the country in his hand-painted 2008 Chevy Suburban named "Betsy", as he honors our veterans by painting an American flag mural on an American Legion/VFW Post in each of the fifty states.
