This Seated Garden Kuan Yin Statue from DharmaCrafts will lend a contemplative air to wherever she sits.

Kuan Yin is the female form of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. Her name means "she who hears the cries of the world." The statue is hand cast of resin and finished with a rust patina that becomes more beautiful as it weathers.  

Resin is the material of choice for garden statues because when cast it retains its fine detail. The Kuan Yin is light enough to move but not so light that it will blow over in a storm.

DharmaCrafts started life as a fantasy about right livelihood. It was the fruitful offshoot of a long meditation retreat undertaken by Dyan Eagles 35 years ago. In the time since, DharmaCrafts has been dedicated to serving as a means for transmitting the dharma by offering the very best teaching materials related to Buddhist practice.
