Ever wanted to learn how to brew beer? Well, invite some friends to come have a few pints with you while you learn. Chris Wike is a professional brewer for Bartlett Hall San Francisco and owner of Golden Gate Brewing Company. He'll teach you how to create a recipe, malt, mill, and mash the grain and teach you all you need to know about fermenting. This lesson will be taught on site at the brewery in San Francisco and your group should not exceed 8 people. Cheers!
