Join Daniel Cowells of Mikkeller Bar SF (Imbibe Magazine's 2014 American Beer Bar of the Year) as he guides you through a selection of beers that represent the full beer flavor spectrum. He'll break the world of beer down into easy to understand categories, bringing sense and order to the seeming cacophony of the uber-diverse contemporary beer world. We'll discuss what we're tasting, and the ingredients and brewing methods that create them. In addition, we'll go over basic history and geography of where the various flavor profiles originated and the styles associated with them. This experience is for up to 8 guests. Winner will need to provide the location and glasses. Daniel will provide all the beer. Time/Date to be decided with the winner.
