With 2,000 square feet of living space there is room to spread out and enjoy. You can even bring your boat and tie it to the dock in the backyard. All bedding, dishes and linens included. House also comes with 2 kayaks & 1 paddle boat, free Wi-Fi, a free private beach at the neighborhood HOA minutes away from the house.  Pools (indoor & outdoor) and tennis courts are available for a small daily fee. The following black-out dates apply: June 25th-July 5th, 2015; September 4th-8th, 2015; & December 26th-January 3rd, 2016. Arrangements must be made by December 2015.
