One gift certificate for four guests to attend an Advanced Training tour and tasting flight at St. George's Spirits, America's original craft distillery. Tours provide an overview of the production area, with the chance to view the stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling line. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will explain the production process and equipment, engage in a little absinthe myth-busting, and reveal why St. George keeps a shark in the hangar. Tours conclude in the tasting room with a selection of six artisanal gins, bourbons, vodkas, absinthe, brandies, and liqueurs all made onsite! You'll get to try four of St. George most iconic spirits, and then choose two more of your own selections to round out your tasting experience. Advanced Training tours are offered at the following times: Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays at 5:30pm, Saturdays at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6pm, and Sundays at 1, 2, 3 & 4pm. Reservations required.  Please call to reserve a tasting room.
