This Get Me Started 1-Month Individual Sessions package includes an initial one-hour in person meeting and health assessment with Donna Ricketts, your Health Coach. Three additional in person check-ins and weekly check-ins by phone, email or text as well as weekly affirmations. You will also receive written recommendations for diet, exercise and lifestyle. Donna Ricketts is a health educator, public health consultant and health coach with 15 years of professional experience designing health and wellness programs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise, Nutrition and Wellness and a Master's in Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health.
