Terremoto, a landscape architectural design firm with offices in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, is donating a schematic residential landscape design service package. The Terremoto team will come out for a design meeting to see your property, talk about design ideas and budget, and take measurements. They'll go back to the offices to tinker and will come back with a schematic design package that includes an illustrative landscape plan for your house, 3D perspectives of the design, and imagery of planting palettes and similar projects. They'll work with you to firm up the plan and can deliver a final design package over email. After delivery of the final designs, you can decide how you want to move forward, either with Terremoto or with another local landscape contractor. You'll be on your own from there, as this package does not include any landscaping or contracting - only designs. But, know this, your design will be top notch! Terremoto was recently a finalist for best Professional Landscape Project on Gardenista and is currently working with Thomas Keller at the French Laundry on a new landscape plan.
