Swim laps in the 25-yard ozone-disinfected pool, sweat it out in the5,000-square-foot Cardio Court, pump iron in the free weight room, play hoops on one of the two basketball courts, take one of the 100 weekly classes (free to members) or tighten a soft core with a Pilates or yoga class (more than 25 weekly).
