- This certificate expires on December 4, 2015.
- The tickets are non-transferrable and may not be resold, redeemed for cash or substituted. Any attempted or actual sale or transfer will invalidate the tickets.
- Attendance for any Program taping is subject to availability and may be cancelled at any time.
- Producers have the right to invalidate the tickets in the event the name of the winner is not provided or production of the Program is cancelled.
- The tickets only provide admission, but not special seating, meeting with hosts or guests etc.
- Ticket holders will be seated with other "invited guests" and location will be determined on the evening of taping based on availability.
- If Winner chooses to attend with less than one (1) additional guest, this shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize.
- By accepting this prize, Winner and their guests hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Producer, Bravo Media LLC and/or NBC Universal Inc. for any and all claims, costs and/or damages that are in any way caused by or as a result of attending, participating and/or appearing in the Program.
- All expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner, including transportation to and from the Program.
