Kim & Kari Bartmann of Bryant Lake Bowl, Barbette, Bread & Pickle and Red Stag Supperclub officially opened Pat’s Tap in September 2011.  The neighborhood bar features 4 vintage 1952 skee-ball machines from upstate New York, an impressive 50+ canned beer list, 18 local beers on tap, a wine list with organic, sustainable and biodynamic choices, and a menu featuring a gourmet twist to traditional bar fare.  Pat’s Tap is committed to supporting local and organic agriculture through our menus.
 
Pat’s Tap is open 11am-2am Mon.-Fri. and 9am-2am Sat. and Sun, serving lunch, dinner, late night and brunch on the weekends. The full menu is served until 12am Sun.-Thu. and 1am on Fri., and Sat.  Happy Hours are 3pm-6pm Mon-Fri and 10pm-2am Sun.-Thu.
 
Pat’s Tap is anticipating to be the 1st LEED 2009 Retail: Commercial Interiors Platinum Certified restaurant in the Twin Cities, and the 3rd LEED Certified restaurant in Minneapolis. The Bartmann’s worked with Studio 2030 on the design.
