Crystal healing is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, minimal contact therapy. Through laying out crystals, your energy frequencies realign, emotional blocks are removed and chakras and energies balance. While it allows for healing and spiritual growth, there is no need to be into the spiritual aspect of crystal healing to receive the benefits of stress release.
