Week 1: IMAGINATION

Home Sweet Gnome
Ages: 6 – 10
Time: 9 am – noon

Shrink your mind’s eye and frolic in the land of gnomes. Campers will explore the world of wet felting while they create a gnome family, home, pets and accessories. There will never be a dull moment when you’re hanging with your gnomies.

Doll Me Up
Ages: 8 & up
Time: 9 am – noon

It’s fashion week for your doll. Bring your 18-inch doll and sew a small collection of summer fashions to walk the runway. Learn new sewing machine skills and choose your materials to make each piece fit your doll’s personality. Bring your American Girl doll or similar to class.

Treasure Chests
Ages: 6 – 10
Time: 1 – 4 pm

What objects do you treasure? What stories do these items tell? Campers will be making their own marbled treasure chests. Imagine and create sacred items for them to hold: felted jewels, poems, miniatures, journals and more.

Dolls are universal, but no doll is as unique as you … until now! Campers will sew their very own little one and customize it with their favorite fabrics and thread. This one-of-a-kind handmade doll will be loved and cherished for a lifetime.
