It's Italia Pizza Making Experience

Back by popular demand! Bid on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for your child's class to take a field trip to It's Italia Pizzeria Ristorante. The field trip is for classes K-5 (up to 20 students). A fun and educational experience that ties into school curriculum (understanding food, restaurant business, process/steps to creating, etc.). The winning class will have the opportunity to learn the process of making a pizza with "homework" - in the form of a menu to study in order to become familiar with the various ingredients, toppings etc. Then forming groups of four or five students each each group will plan and create their own pizza and name it. On the day of the fieldtrip to Its Italia, each group will come in and make their pizza. When the pizzas are done, the class will vote for their favorite pizza that will represent their class. It's Italia will put that pizza on the menu for 2 months!
