Fine Print:  Assumption of Risk Agreement

I/we willingly and voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with this item or activity. I/we, our heirs, assigns, next of kin, and guests hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Sea Crest School, its employees, volunteers, officers, directors, trustees and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses and compensation arising out of, indirectly related or in any way related to any injury, disease, or other damage that may result from or may be related in any way to participation in the purchased item or activity. This express assumption of risk, however, does not apply to liability for gross negligence or intentional injury.
