FIT Studio offers over 50 group fitness classes each week and their goal is to provide you with the variety that keeps your body guessing. FIT wants you to work hard and feel challenged while also playing it safe with fresh new options at every turn. Your body will experience change, your mind will stay engaged, and you will leave feeling at the top of your game. All classes are one hour long and are set to great music to keep you going.
