The Paleo diet is based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans consisting mostly of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. Learn more about this low-carb diet and how to cook delicious, flavorful food without any grains, dairy, legumes, or soy. You will be shown the basics of paleo cooking and treated to a scrumptious 6 course dinner. Don't worry; we will do the work! You can sit back, relax and enjoy the evening including a delightful pairing of wines donated by K & L Wines.
