This share gift certificate entitles the recipient to a traditional home wine making experience, beginning with picking grapes at a Finger Lakes vineyard, to crushing and pressing the grapes into juice, and finishing with bottling and labeling their own wine. A share is equivalent to 24 bottles (standard size 75cl) of wine which the shareholder takes home at the end of the process. Enjoy your well earned bragging rights when you open up a bottle of your home made wine with friends and family. Grape picking typically occurs in early October while bottling happens between August and November, depending on your choice of grapes. We anticipate grape choices to include whites Reisling, Traminette, and reds Cabernet Franc and Noiret. Included in this certificate are grapes, necessary equipment,chemicals, and fermentation/aging vessels.
