Aikido Kokikai of Rochester offers a 2-month adult membership. Aikido is a martial art that teaches relaxation, calmness, and positive thinking. No punches or kicks are used. Instead, Aikido teaches how to guide an attacker's energy to make it powerless. Develop mind/body harmony with the martial art Yoda would have practiced. Aikido will help anyone feel more comfortable in daily life, more connected with the world, and more at peace. Certificate is valid for two months of unlimited classes.
