Arrangements for the wine dinner for four hosted by Evan Dawson must be made on a mutually agreeable date ahead of time. The winning bidder is instructed to contact Evan Dawson at edawson@wxxi.org in order to coordinate a date and time for the wine dinner, this date will also have to be agreed to by Art Rogers of Lento before final confirmation will be made. The winning bidder must allow at least 2 weeks lead time when coordinating the date for their wine dinner.
