This package contains cooking lessons from The New Orleans Cooking Experience along with a $100 gift certificate & a SIGNED copy of Susan Spicer's "Crescent City Cooking" cookbook from Bayona. With these items you can cook and eat in true New Orleans fashion. 

New Orleans Cooking Experience: Certificate entitles the winner to a 2.5 hour cooking class for two (2) guests along with a seated 3 or 4 course meal served in the formal dining room of their historic house. Wine, beer, & other beverages will be served for the duration of the class and the meal. Winner will also receive written copies of all the recipes taught in the class. Reservations must be made in advance by calling the number on the certificate. Certificate valid until 4/27/16.
