Broadway.com gift card is a stored value card that may be redeemed for the purchase of tickets, or premium tickets to any available performance of a show or hotel package, playing on Broadway or Off-Broadway in New York City and sold by Broadway.com at the time of redemption, subject to availability. All gift card redemptions are a final sale, which means no refunds or exchanges.

If you final ticket purchase is less than the cash value of the gift card, the unused balance will be placed in your gift card account to be used for future transactions. If your final purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, you will be required to pay the difference with a valid debit or credit card in order to complete the ticket purchase.
