Get into shape with a 12-week funning camp, focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscle-specific training and yoga postures to keep the body flexible and injury-free.
Up and Running Fitness provides all levels of fitness; Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced training. Train for a first 5K, increase speed or learn to run more efficiently.
Camp includes a once-a-week key workout followed by dedicated yoga postures to assist in breathing, relaxation and stretching. Thursday run is dedicated to individual goals. Sunday run focuses on building endurance.
