  1. Clean and inspect frame, wheels, and fork for damage.

  2. Lubricate chain, cables, derailleur pivots, and brake lever pivots.

  3. Adjust Bearings: Check and adjust headset, bottom bracket, and hubs.

  4. Basic Wheel True: Check wheel dish and true wheels.

  5. Inflate tires to proper pressure or to customer preference.

  6. Adjust Brakes: Inspect, adjust, and secure the brake calipers and levers. Inspect and adjust brake pads. 

  7. Adjust Derailleurs: Adjust limit screws, properly tension shift cables or adjust internally geared hub. Includes Di2 firmware update.

  8. Check for proper torque on all bolts and accessories.

  9. Test Ride Bicycle: Check for proper shift and braking performance, problems under load, and any other issues.
