Sarah Taylor, HIH mom, has blessed us with one (1) month of Free Yoga Classes in her Roseville home!  Practice yoga in a Christian environment wiht other amazing women.  All levels welcome.  Classes are a mix of yoga and pilates with the option of adding free weights.

Classes are Monday Evenings and Saturday mornings.
